Fredene started selling real estate in 1982, although she’s been around the real estate business her entire life.

Four generations of Plouffe’s have made real estate their career choice, beginning with Fredene’s paternal grandfather and carrying on through Fredene’s father, six siblings, niece Leigh Anne and nephew Joel. Fredene has lived in Burlington her entire life with the exception of her university career at the University of Waterloo where she earned a degree in Political Science/Legal Studies.

It didn’t take long before Fredene was attracted to and immersed in ‘the family business’ - selling real estate. In a natural career progression, Fredene added Brokers License to her other credentials in 1992 and soon after started her own company, Whitehouse & Whitehouse Realty Inc. with her husband, Art. Fredene Plouffe articulates “the art of real estate”.

Fredene has a proven sales history in the resale property market in addition to representing builders at more than a dozen new home sites. Needless to say, Fredene brings with her a wealth of experience, but more importantly, it is the meticulous care she offers clients that positions her at the head of the pack. From being in the industry for so long Fredene has had the pleasure of taking her clients full circle- guiding them through the first home buyers experience to helping them pick out their dream, ending home. Fredene specializes in helping both first time buyers, as well as, helping seniors find a home that suits their needs and has been trained as an Accredited Seniors Agent (ASA). By guiding her clients through the entire process, from listing the property to preparation of all Purchase & Sale Agreements.
